What I found most people enjoy about working with me and they tell me is they say, Justin, we really enjoy that. You're not just a realtor, right? Anybody can help us get into a house and see it. Anybody can, I guess, help us sell our home. But what we really enjoy is that you have a well-rounded background in real estate, not only from a development perspective and construction and land development but all the way through apartments and multifamily and investment properties.

You can help us with anything and every way we need it. And you have such a great background with it that it gives us security and confidence that if we come to you with anything, you can help us out, whether we're looking to passively invest or actively invest in multifamily investment properties or do land development or buy and sell our own personal residences, you can help us with all of it. And we love that. And if we get into commercial real estate, you have connections with that as well.

So I kind of want to be this funnel for people. And with my background, I'm able to do that. And people I found that they really enjoy that. So we're attracting investors, builders, people that, you know, are looking to buy and sell their homes. But they want to also invest in properties, whether it's multiple units, two to four units, or larger apartment complexes. We're dealing with multiple age groups, whether that's the millennials all the way through people into their 60s, baby boomers, you name it.

But what we find out most is dealing with builders, investors, flippers, people that can connect with us and understand that we provide not just a real estate service and helping you buy or sell your home, but also as investment services. If you're looking to obviously put money that you would normally have in a 401k or some other investment vehicle and you like cash, I want to take some of that. And I want to invest in real estate. I want to own a multifamily property, either passively or actively.

We can help with that. And people love that.
