You probably see Sold Guaranteed or Guaranteed Offer or Hey I'll buy your home if I can't sell it and all these other little gimmicks that are out there in the market place for you as a consumer.
Here's the truth! Most Realtors can get you a cash offer. It's not that difficult with the connections we make through the years. However, you'll need to be ready to take a major discount from what is normally being offered in the market place. At the end of the day, you want to get top dollar for your home with the least amount of headaches.
Most guaranteed offers are going to be cash offers at a 15-30% discount. It's a gimmick to get in the door and list your home. Many agents do it.
