One of the main reasons a homeowner would move out their furniture in order to replace it with staging is to de-clutter. It's hard to realize just how much stuff you acquire over the years until it's time to move. De-cluttering your property by having it staged will open up the home and maximize the space.

House Plants

Bring life into the home with beautiful flowers and plants. Not only does it trigger a visual stimulus, but will also make the property smell great. Plants can also be great for adding a little filler to an awkward space or make a great centerpiece. 

Go Neutral

You may love the color Orange, and so you've furnished your home in kind. We're sure it's lovely, and there may even be another buyer who enjoys it, but it won't be for everyone. Remember, we want everyone to love the home even though only one person will buy it. More offers equal more money. Light whites and subtle tones are best when staging and or painting a home.

Hire Mr. Clean

Okay, so this doesn't fall really into the staging category but should be one of your last steps before photos/videos are done and it is ready for the market. Hire a professional! They should be doing the deep cleans of all deep cleans. New buyers do not want to see any remanence of another person's filth. Major turn off.
